I started broking in 2017 and set up Kudos Mortgages because I believe mortgage advice should feel personal, not like being passed between call centres. Since then I've helped more than 500 clients, from first-time buyers working out what they can afford to landlords adding to a buy-to-let portfolio.

Every client deals with me directly. I explain each step in plain English, chase lenders and solicitors so you don't have to, and keep you updated until completion. Once your mortgage is in place, I stay in touch and review your options well before your fixed rate ends, so you never drift onto a lender's standard variable rate by accident.

Kudos Mortgages is a whole-of-market broker. Rather than offering one bank's products, I compare mortgages from across the market to find the lender that fits your income, deposit and plans. That matters most when your situation isn't straightforward: self-employed income, bonuses and commission, company directors, buy-to-let or a smaller deposit.

If you'd like to protect your home and family, I can also help you put cover in place, including life insurance, critical illness and income protection, through specialist protection partners. Most of the mortgages I arrange come with no broker fee, and where one does apply I'll tell you the exact amount upfront, before you commit to anything.
